Beginning of construction 74 rental apartments in Hoofddorp

On Friday, on the 14th of september, alderman Tom Horn from municipality Haarlemmermeer festively gave the word to start building the complex: Hof van Pampus in Hoofddorp. Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed from Rijssen, delegated developer REPC from Heemstede and Bouwinvest Residential Fund collaborate for this project. Hof van Pampus will consist of 74 apartments on the Westkavel in South-Hoofddorp at the Oude Bennebroekerweg. Special aspects are the ambitions for sustainability, as well as the ambition to realize homes in the mid-rent segment.
