New Century China Center Hotel phase 1 in Amsterdam Osdorp produced and operational

After a fascinating process, the New Century China Center Hotel in Amsterdam Osdorp is now produced and operational. The hotel has been developed by China Center Amsterdam bv and realized for the growing group of Chinese tourists and business people who come to Europe and the Netherlands. A lot of materials and products in the hotel come from China and the restaurant delivers high quality authentic Chinese food. The hotel has 153 rooms and is of course also accessible to other guests, in addition to the Chinese guests.

Apart from the realized hotel (phase 1), China Center also develops and realizes phase 2 of New Century hotel with help of REPC. The phase 2 plan of 300 rooms has been approved by Welstand and will resume the necessary procedures after which we can proceed to realization.
