Purchase contract signed with Bouwinvest for Pampus

Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed from Rijssen, delegated developer REPC from Heemstede and Bouwinvest on behalf of the Bouwinvest Residential Fund signed the purchase agreement for the apartment building Hof van Pampus in Hoofddorp-Zuid. It concerns 74 homes and 140 parking spaces on the Westkavel in Hoofddorp Zuid on the Oude Bennebroekerweg.

There are high sustainablility ambitions. The project will provide sustainable energy by means of a Heat Storage and PV panels. Social sustainability stems from the coordination of the project at the adjacent apartment complex Aquaradius, resulting from a ‘Collective Private Commissioning’-initiative.

Co creation

The project is characterized by the early alignment in the process with all stakeholders such as the Municipality, adjacent apartments Residents, Project Developer, Investor and Builder. In co-creation, the idea and concept has formed into a beautiful building with full support of all parties involved.

Location and target audience

The complex is a nice asset for all parties. The location near Amsterdam, Schiphol and Haarlem but also in the direct vicinity of the natural beauty of Kennemerland with polders, beach, dunes and forest. There is a great demand for these spacious and high-quality 3-room apartments with large outdoor spaces.

Completion in early 2019

The execution of the project is in the hands of Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed from Rijssen. The expected completion is in Q1 2019.
